Your Inner Light: Exercise 9.1

This exercise is for people who feel they can’t trust their inner guidance but would like to.

First, see yourself outside on a hill on a sunny day. You look around and see a mountain off in the distance and begin walking down the side of the hill. You can feel the beautiful sun on your shoulders and it truly looks as if everything is taking on a golden hue. Then you feel that there is something behind you so you turn around and you see the most miraculous light you’ve ever seen . Within the energy of this light, within the presence of this light being you feel warm, secure and even safe. The funny thing is that this is not an everyday occurrence so for all practical purposes you should feel very scared, but instead you feel your heart soften in this beautiful presence.

Then, although you don’t see any features on this being you heart it say, “You are so loved and you are always guided. Whenever you feel that life is leading you in uncertain directions remember that you as the observer and as the experiencer always have a choice. You get to choose which options you are going to take at all times. And as you have these options, there are also lovely beings of light that want to help you make choices that are for your highest good. What is for your highest good can also be for the highest good of all so it is really in the best interest of all involved that you are on the path of your greatest joy and soul purpose.” Almost crying from this beautiful information you ask, “But how will I know? I‘ve tried to do this before and I end up feeling empty. I look around for some sort of sign and don’t always see any.” Your beautiful being asks, “Well, have you looked inside? You, human, are one of the most complex organisms on this plane and as a part of the coding in your being there are certain things that have been preprogrammed. For example, if you see something that inspires you to laugh the accompanying feeling will be joy. You do not have to try to create that feeling – it is automatic. You will know that you are on the right path by your feelings, however subtle they may be.”

You say, “Well, that’s well and good but what about when I can’t feel these things or what if I can’t tell what I’m feeling? “Your being says, “Dear one, you must train yourself to know. Deep within your heart, within your gut, if you take out all the influencing factors like: will someone else be pleased or displeased by my situation; or How does this fit into my idea of what others tell l me is right, once you just come down to you and your feelings about the situation, you will know. And also you will do well to be honest to yourself.” You say thank you to this beautiful being for this guidance and suddenly this being approaches you and puts one hand on your forehead and one on your heart. You feel this divine electricity pass through your body and you suddenly feel open. Your being says to you, “This will help make it easier to tell what you are feeling in any given moment. If you are ever unsure, just ask for me, Archangel Uriel, and I will help you to know. But remember to ask knowing that I will certainly help you.” With that, you thank your lovely being and instead of disappearing, the lovely Uriel simply blends his energy with yours and merges with you completely so that you know that you are always together.”

And yes, Dear Ones, as you do this visualization you will find it easier to tell what your true feelings are in any given moment as well.

Loving your Self: Exercise 8.9

This exercise will be good for people who would like for their heart to be more open and to love themselves more.

First, see yourself outside on a hill of grass on a lovely day. The sky is blue and you can see around for miles. Seemingly out of nowhere some puppies run up to you and you are suddenly surrounded by about 7 of the cutest puppies you have ever seen. You sit down in the grass as they jump over you and you feel completely safe. And because you feel completely safe and open around them you feel your heart just lighten and lift up. You almost can’t sustain the giggles as they stumble over your feet and you feel grateful they showed up. After playing with the puppies for a while you eventually decide to move on because they have run off chasing a butterfly. As you are meandering along you spy the loveliest waterfall. You reach out to touch the water and since its temperature feels comfortable you choose to walk through it. After just one second in the waterfall you know that this water is magical. It’s washing away all the emotional stuckness that you feel in any areas of your life and it particularly seems to be unclogging your heart. You stand underneath this beautiful waterfall until you feel completely cleansed and refreshed and then you walk out of it. You begin to shake off the water and you notice that you are suddenly dry. This water truly is full of light, love and divine magic indeed.

As you continue walking, all the while maintaining the intent of opening your heart, you come upon the loveliest garden. There are gardenias, roses and some of the most beautiful exotic flowers you’ve ever seen. You lean over to smell them and the scent floats directly to your mind and heart and takes root there. The scent is one of love and deep reverence and it begins to expand and fill your entire body. You are completely transfixed by the loveliness that surrounds you and you feel that you should remove your shoes for this space seems holy. You turn to your right and you see a beautiful throne and across from it a smaller, less royal but not less beautiful throne. You take the smaller throne because you begin to believe that this garden must belong to someone of great wealth, abundance, knowledge, wisdom, love and compassion and that they could return at any time. This Being must have a great heart or they could never create such a lovely space.

All of a sudden, the scent of roses intensifies and it seems as if light is coalescing in the throne that is positioned opposite you. You feel that this wonderful Presence is about to manifest itself so you bow in expectation and appreciation for that which this lovely being will bestow upon you - undoubtedly his or her blessings. You feel overcome with gratitude and love and when you feel that this being has completely materialized you slowly raise your head. To your amazement you see yourself. The being across from you looks exactly as you do now and appears dressed exactly as you are now. You can feel that this radiant being is pouring out so much love to you that it seems unnatural not to do the same. As you are pouring your love and gratitude back to yourself you create a powerful cycle - you are giving love to and receiving love from yourself. As you continue to do this your heart takes on a beautiful golden light which expands with each breath and each feeling of gratitude and love that pours out. As this light continues to increase you suddenly feel that you are not seated where you were before. You are suddenly in the larger throne of your most Divine Self and you notice that now you are the only Being in the garden. Also, you now have a beautifully radiant and open heart. You give thanks for this lovely experience and for the great joy that you feel. It all happened because you set an intention to have an open heart and allowed yourself be lead by your heart’s callings.

Dear Ones know that as you do this visualization your heart will continue to open and soften towards yourself. As you do it more frequently, the energy will continue to build on itself and will cause your heart to feel safe and stay open.

Loving your Self: Exercise 8.8

This exercise will be for people who find themselves not knowing what to do next on their path to enhance their spiritual growth.

First, imagine that you’re standing within a square tube of light that starts at the base of your feet and extends upwards beyond your head to include your Divine Soul Being. On the outside of that square tube, imagine a large circular tube of golden light. Then, within the square, and coming up from beneath you, see a beautiful array of starlike lights floating upwards, through you entire body, out through the top of your head and then into the heart of your Divine Soul Being. Once they connect with your Divine Soul Being you’ll want to imagine that these little lights sort of explode into mini fireworks and that these light explosions fall back onto your physical being. These lights are in fact now seeds and take root in your physical being while more lights are continuing to float upwards through the base of the cylinder and square tubes of light and exploding.

Then you can imagine that the light seedlings are beginning to expand in your body and as they expand in parts of your arm and heart and legs and thigh and feet, etc. those parts of your body light up and begin to feel amazing. They begin to feel expanded in the most wonderful ways and you feel as if the cells in your body are being fed a type of cell food that nourishes them and causes them to take on their most Divine form. Then you feel that as this happens and as light fills up your physical being from the bottom you particularly feel more light concentrated around the heart area. And then, when the light begins to fill your mind, you find that it feels absolutely blissful. From the first light seedling that enters your mind you feel as though a light has literally been turned on in your brain. You feel that things that haven’t been flowing before are now flowing, that parts that have never been used before are now being used and that synapses that may have been tired or broken are being healed. You feel as if your mind is full of life and is expanding and your senses are heightened. You feel that your mind has controlled a large part of your human experiences and you can almost feel old memories, old attachments being completely and quickly transmuted into lighter, higher energy by these beautiful light seedlings that have taken root and are currently sprouting in your brain.

Before you know it, your brain is full of these lights seedlings and your entire physical being is full of light. As light continues to pour into your body it radiates and shoots upwards, further solidifying your connection to the Divine and then shoots outwards to all that is in your world. This is wonderful because now you find that you are awake to ideas and thoughts and feelings that you didn’t know before. Things are making sense and information is being assimilated in ways that you previously didn’t imagine. And because your light is radiating outward so powerfully, all those beings that you encounter in your world are benefitting from it just by being in your presence. You are grateful for this learning, this healing and the advances that are taking place in your body. You are even more grateful for having allowed yourself to be of service this way for you are truly a light and a beacon to others and you are of great service to life.

Loving Your Self: Exercise 8.7

Today’s post will be helpful for people that feel they cannot find their way forward because of fear of the unknown.

See yourself sitting inside of a large egg shaped room that seems very cozy and comfortable and is full of pillows. Look around the room and see that you are entirely enclosed and safe and of course have enough food and beverages but there is nothing that entices you forward. So you sit in your room and you wonder about your life and why you’re here. You find it all rather suffocating even though you have everything you need. One day you notice a ladder that you had never seen before so you look at the ladder and you really contemplate it. You know what it is and that it is a means for exiting this place. Even though it feels safe and comfortable here you think about it again. You give thanks for the fact that you have always been provided for then you decide to climb the ladder. You don’t know where it will lead but you know where you are and you know that the place where you currently are doesn’t seem to do anything for you in the way of igniting your passion to live. You feel that it is what you’re missing so you climb the ladder and when you reach the top there is a little window.

You open the window and look out. You see the sky and are completely blown away. It is absolutely amazing and breathtaking. In fact you had no idea where this egg was situated because you had been inside for so long and now you are so grateful that you decided to leave. You look out around the surface of the egg shaped room and you see that there are stairs that lead out of the window and down to the nearby earth. You decide to walk down the stairs all the while feeling a bit concerned about what is lying ahead but your curiosity and trust are greater than your desire to be safe. Then you wonder, “Is being safe really living, anyway?” You also wonder, “Could I possibly still be safe while I am discovering my life?” As you ask that, a beautiful gold, green and white light descends before you. As it nears earth it begins to take the form of a lovely Angel and she answers, “Why you have only been out of your safety area for a few minutes and you have learned the first, most important lesson which is asking for what you want. The answer is yes – you can still be safe while you continue on your path of discovering life and I will help to protect you. Even if you don’t see me I will always be with you to make sure that you are protected and guided because when you are happy, all of life benefits.” So you thank your lovely Angel and you proceed along your path.

You continue walking forward and then you meet other people. You feel so amazed at seeing them that you say, “Wow. Hello! You’re another being! I haven’t seen a real being in so long.” The people look at you like you’re a bit odd but in their hearts they can sense your light and joy so they begin to have a conversation with you and then they invite you to dinner. As you’re having dinner you think to yourself, “That’s right! I hadn’t even thought about how I was going to eat.” So you ask your lovely Angel to make sure that you’re always provided with lovely, nourishing food and she tells you again that she is grateful that you asked and that she will help you experience that which you’ve asked for. You thank your new friends for the dinner and then go on your way.

As you’re walking, you encounter some other people who are quite friendly and you tell them that you are new here. They say they would love to show you around and you have a wonderful time with them. As you’re walking around seeing the beauties of the area you ask your guides to see to it that you are always shown the loveliest parts of town and that you are always met with such nice people. Again your angel says that because you asked, this will be so.

You decide to take a walk after you’ve had a lovely evening and dinner with them. You notice that you’re a bit tired of walking when you happen to come across someone who has a bicycle that isn’t working right. You decide to try your hand at fixing it and find that you’re able to. The person is so grateful that you fixed their bike that they offer you an older bike they intended to get rid of even though it works just fine. You thank them and then you’re peddling through life. You thank your Angel and ask that you always have an experience of ease as you are moving forward on your path.

You continue along your journey in this way this way - whenever a need arises you ask your Angel or the Universe to provide for you - and before you know it you’re living a wonderfully exciting and satisfying life. You don’t know what is coming up next but you know that you’re provided for and you know that if you need anything along the way that you can ask for it and you will have it in the loveliest most joyful of ways. You thank your Angel and you thank life and you even than the egg. For without it you would not have known the joys of being outside of it or the joys of discovering your life.

Loving Your Self: Exercise 8.6

Today’s exercise will be good for people interested in becoming healers or people who would like to expand the degree to which they are healers.

Imagine yourself sitting in a large, green circle of light. The circle of light extends to three feet all around you. Within the heart of this green light (also centered in your heart) is a spark of light that is green but just a bit darker so that you can see it. Then you are to imagine that this circle of light raises and extends itself upwards until it forms a tube that embraces your Divine Soul Being/I AM Presence which resides 10 to 12 feet above your physical body. You hear a whirring sound as if this light is being turned on and you notice it harmoniously, spinning very quickly. It is connecting with everything in y our being that is unlike itself (which is a high vibratory, healing energy), whether they are thoughts, perceptions or emotions that have been stuck or physical aches. This light connects with all of these lower vibration things, bonds with them and whirs them completely out of your energetic field leaving behind only green healing light. Continue doing this until you see yourself completely dissolving into the light. Every aspect of your being has been replaced by and has become one with this healing light.

The heart of your I AM Presence shoots down a sunbeam of white light that goes down through the tube of light that you have become, merges with you completely and shoots outwards evenly, everywhere in the cosmos. As this beautiful, divine, healing light force you see and feel that all things are one thing. You sense that if one thing is healing and gives its consciousness to the healing of all then there is healing available for all. While you are feeling so expansive, so loving and so light, you sense some white light coalescing within the field that you are - a star is forming. More and more light gathers to form this star and you feel yourself begin to take weight as you realize that this star is the new you, reborn. You stretched yourself to infinity and then decided to return your consciousness to physical form so that you can be of greater service to others at this particular time on Earth. You are now a fully formed, beautiful, white and gold star that is lowering itself to earth. As you, the star, touch the Earth you take on your present physical form with enhanced radiance.

You seem different to yourself because you are different. As the star that you now are, you radiate this beautiful healing light to all that you encounter. You know that as your light comes into contact with their energy field that they, in turn, are surrounded by tubes of green, healing light that activates a similar reawakening in them. Now they, like you, may also be aware of the beautiful healers that they are.

2012: An Ascended Master Message

One of the most important things to know at this time is that you are always the creator of your life. This is true all of the time regardless of others’ predictions, regardless of what other people are saying. Even if someone predicts that you are destined to become something or go somewhere, you always have free will and you can always choose a higher option. So use this beautiful energy of rebirth, renewing and clarity that comes with a new year to decide what you want to create in your world. Make it a priority to give your energy to this for you are a Divine Child of God and if you decree a thing it must be so. The only thing for you to do is to step out of the way of allowing - that literally means to release all thoughts to the contrary of what you have asked for. So take this time to get clear about what you would like for yourself and make a list that you will want to read daily so it is easy for you to align with this truth. And know that you are always loved and you are always guided and there will always be room for whatever you request, no matter how large or how small.
