Hard Hat Area Please Read!


Just a note, you’ve probably read about the mind/body connection before so it makes sense that when you make big changes like the ones you will be making here, there's a possibility you might feel some reflections of this in your body. In order to head this off at the pass be sure to:

1. Drink lots of water, and
2. Take care of yourself (get sleep, be gentle with yourself, etc.)

Also, good to keep around during the process is Louise Hay's book, Heal Your Body. It’s a pocket-sized version of her book You Can Heal Your Life. She has really explored the mind/body connection to the point that you can even look up a symptom you’re experiencing and find out what thoughts might have caused it. It's wonderfully beneficial because it can help show you resistant thoughts that you weren’t even aware you had. She also shows you how to embrace new, healthier thoughts.
