The first thing to do is to get a pen and paper and to draw a large circle on it. At the very center of the circle you are to draw a dot and out from this dot you are to draw lines as if they were spokes of a wheel. Then on the outside of this circle you should alphabetize these slots A through M. From there you are to write down things inside the alphabetized sections that make you really happy. They can be memories or they can be dreams you might like to experience. The important thing is that it is a mixture of things that you have experienced and things you would like to experience that bring you joy and that you look at this daily. This is called a Joy Wheel.
Pick the item in Segment A and think about it so fully that you feel a smile growing on your face. Then mark a spot on the spoke corresponding to section A to represent how good you feel now. The center of the circle represents the least degree of joy and the outer edge represents the greatest degree of joy. Then think about the item in the next segment of the Joy Wheel and mark how good you feel right after having thought about that. Continue this through all of the spokes that you have filled. If you follow the dots from the first spoke and continue to the last, you will notice that a spiral has been created because it corresponds with the expansion of your energy. You can see that you continue to feel better and better when you think about these joyful things.

The next thing for you to do is to realize that this spiral is more than just a spiral, it is a tool. If you find yourself in a place of fatigue or not having enough clarity or enough desire to move forward, you can simply pick up your Joy Wheel, and think about the things that you know make you happy and by the end you will feel a little or significantly better than before. Also you will have raised your vibration. This is not to say that you should not honor your current state of energy emotion related to the lower vibration, we are just saying that it is simply not beneficial for you to stay there. When you start using the Joy Wheel you will have a tried and true way to lift yourself up a bit which may be just enough for the universe to sweep in with more guidance or more love or more comfort or more direction or more abundance – whatever may be desired. The point is, this will raise you to a place where there is more possibility for what you would like to experience in your lives.
