Raising your Vibration: Exercise #2.4

First, with your inner eye, see a small white circle of light above your head that extends down to you from your Divine Soul being. This connection invokes the collaboration of your higher Guidance so that if this is what you desire, your higher self will also work with you to bring it to you the highest form that you will allow at this time. Next you’ll want to see this circle of light expand to surround your entire body. You’ll want to feel this circle of light as safe and comforting. Then imagine that everything around you in your life is part of a video game and that anything you desire to experience simply has to be put in this circle of light that surrounds you. This will cause it to out-picture in your world. You should imagine being surrounded by a scene that you’d like to experience, and then also imagine that as you hold the image of what you want, you happen to encounter that exact same scene in your real life. Then you’ll want to imagine feeling joyful that you’ve experienced your creation of this scene.

For example, you can imagine yourself surrounded by a scene that you often experience (like walking into your bedroom) but in a more idealized state. If your bed is often unmade, you’ll want to see your bed as made and your room as nicely organized. Then just imagine yourself holding this image while walking to your bedroom and discovering that your bed actually is made and that your room is orderly. All the while, make sure to evoke a feeling of joy that the scene you imagined has come true.

For the first week, you can practice with areas in your house and then you can proceed to situations where things feel less than joyful. The basic premise is the overlapping of images and the joy you feel when the creation comes to fruition. You will be surprised how much fun this is and how easy it is to create experiences in your life. We think this will be quite a fun way to get into the habit of actively creating your life.

p.s. I tried this a few times today and it was a really quick process - I even did a bit of visualizing while taking out my trash. I think it just makes your visualization "muscles" stronger and more efficient.

Raising your Vibration: Exercise #2.3

The first thing for you to do is to get very quiet and see yourself surrounded by a green, loving light. Then imagine yourself in a serene forest on a beautifully clear day. The trees are very close around you but you feel safe and you notice that you feel called to walk in a certain direction. As you begin to walk you discover a path so you follow it. The trees thin out and further on you find that the forest completely opens up into a luscious, green field with mountains in the far distance.

You continue walking and find yourself in front of a small lake. Even though you see that you’re alone, you feel warm, protected and sense that this is the right path for you. You look ahead to the opposite side of the lake and notice that not only does the path continue, but there seem to be six more identically sized lakes along the way. You dive into the first crystal clear lake because it seems like the thing to do and when you come out on the other side you feel lighter and clearer and more at peace than you did before. You follow the path and dive into each lake that you encounter and continually feel lighter and clearer. After you’ve come out of the last lake you find yourself at the foot of a small mountain that somehow looked large when you began your journey. You take a moment just to breathe in the joy of having reached it so easily.

As you ascend the mountain you feel light and invigorated and notice that it’s much easier to climb than you would have imagined. You enjoy the entire journey to the top and once at the top you look around and see that the view is amazing. Then you realize that your mountain is actually part of a range of mountains and that at the peak of each one is another person who just reached the top. You suddenly feel a deep connection with each other and therefore send each other a beam of loving, supportive light. At this moment you realize what you are here to do - you are here to be way-showers to others who desire to walk the path of truth but don’t know where or how to begin. You take a deep breath and give thanks that you will always be divinely guided and provided for as you do your life’s work of assisting others, just as those before you have assisted you.

Raising your Vibration: Exercise #2.2

With your eyes open, I’d like for you to visualize a dot of bright, white light on the wall in front of you. Then, see this dot expand slowly until it’s about a foot in diameter. Now, within this circle of light I’d like for you to imagine a butterfly. You’ll want to notice the color and shape of the wings, the shape of the body, the ridges on the wings, the antennae, etc. and then I’d like for you to imagine the wings slowly beginning to flap. Finally, I’d like for you to release the image and see only the expanded circle of white light again. This part will help you practice letting go which is quite an important part of the creation/manifestation process. Then you can repeat the exercise with a dollar bill. First start with the white dot of brilliant, white light, and slowly see it expand to about a foot in width. Then we will want you to see a dollar bill within that circle of light. You can observe the size and the shape of the bill and you can even turn the bill over if you like but then you will want to release the image and just see the circle of light again.

This exercise will help you learn how to focus on something and then literally release it into the light, which is where the Universe can raise its vibration and take care of how the item will manifest in your reality. By doing this, you are training your mind to be still and to see only that which you want because it takes a lot of concentration to be able to clearly hold the shape of the expanding circle and the shape of the item within it long enough for you to notice the details. It is a skill that improves over time so it is a very good idea to practice this whenever you get a free moment. Also, it is a very good thing to be able to do on command.

We just gave Chernise the image of Mr. Miyagi from the Karate Kid to imply that these small exercises are extremely important, although you might not discover just how important until a bit later (so stick with us!) We will give you more tools along this line as the lessons continue. The first set of lessons was about money but these lessons are about bringing all the things that are for your highest good, into your life now. Oh and note that completely surrounding an item in white light brings it into your world faster.
